Conscientious real estate agency led by long-time locals to the area and top-producing real estate associates for over 16 years needed to revamp their offices in Surry Hills. The new office had to accommodate 30 staff members, all of whom needed their own workstation and 2 managers offices, corporate reception, a meeting room, an informal meeting area and a quite room for staff use.
Also needed were boardroom facilities for 30 staff with state of the art audio visual equipment, and video conferencing to match and communicate with their other office hub. Additionally, to make the space more liveable for the staff, a kitchen and social area for up to 10 staff members at any given time were created. Finally, a client interview area was required.
The scope was to create a space that could very comfortably accommodate the ever-growing team and make the working environment pleasant and inspiring. The office layout needed to be comfortable and modern, but also provide a strong correlation between the company values including staff well-being, happiness and productivity.
